It has been a year since I first assumed the position
of President and CEO of Northern Home For Children
and the experience has been exciting and personally
gratifying.
I thank all of our staff who are not only extremely
devoted to the children and families we serve
but are dedicated to achieving the highest level
of excellence in their work. I am most appreciative
of our board members for the most important role
they play in helping us enhance and expand our
services.
Most importantly, I want to recognize our private
donors and our government and corporate funders
who make it possible for us to assist thousands
of children at-risk in Philadelphia and throughout
Delaware County. My personal thanks and best holiday
wishes!

As the needs of our children grow ever more complex,
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve them
by lending my time and talents to Northern Home.
As the recently elected Chairman of the Board, I
look forward to working with our wonderful staff
and fellow Board members in exploring innovative
and impactful ways to serve children and families
in need. Through programs like our Behavioral/Mental
Health and School Based Programs we provide a variety
of therapeutic, educational and familial support
to children and their families to help them live
safe, healthy and productive lives.
You can imagine that obtaining resources to provide
these types of services continues to be a challenge.
We are always looking for opportunities to grow
our Northern Home Family through partnerships
with individuals, corporations, private foundations
and government agencies.
I would like to express a heartfelt thank you
to all of the Staff, Volunteers and Supporters
for your continued dedication to the mission of
Northern Home and the lives of the children and
families we serve. Without you, none of this would
be possible... again, thank you. Wishing you and
