When asked how she felt about the newly arrived presents for her children, one Northern Home for Children social worker wiped a tear from her eye and simply said, è Joy. î

èI was driving throughout Philadelphia bringing gifts to different houses and I just had a permanent smile on my face because I knew my kids were going to have a great holiday and the children would have something to open Christmas morning.
