Thanks from èSanta's helpers.î
When asked how she felt about the newly arrived
presents for her children, one Northern Home for Children
social worker wiped a tear from her eye and simply said, è
Joy. î
èI was driving throughout Philadelphia
bringing gifts to different houses and I just had a permanent
smile on my face because I knew my kids were going to have
a great holiday and the children would have something to open
Christmas morning.
A lot of times the parents of our kids
are unable to provide for the basic needs of their kids. So
the fact that we got so many amazing donations really made
it possible for our families to have a great holiday.î

"My best Christmas blessing every year
is to see children getting presents from kind strangers, because
without them these kids would not have anything for the holiday.
It's nice to see the good in people.î -Rebeckah Leatherman-Consultation
and Education, (C & E) Specialist.
