Capital Campaign Phase III
Renovation of Clarency Hall and
Construction of Educational Support Center
Total Cost: $6,700,000
Our highly individualized programs require close coordination
between services. The physical plan of the Home was not designed
to accommodate the intense use of office space, meeting rooms,
and appropriate clustering of functions that these broad-base
services require.
Extensive renovations to the Clarency building are required
along with major site improvements. A new facility joining
Clarency will be constructed forming a modern, totally integrated
service and administrative complex.
Our goal is to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness
of service delivery, which is currently often fragmented.
Behavioral health and family services will be enhanced by
this new plan with spaces designed to match the program. Resources
will be better managed. The coordinated continuum of high
quality care we currently provide will be enhanced because
families will be able to access other systems in order to
move ahead in achieving their goals.
